Sigman-Malcolm-Pitner House
Sigman-Malcolm-Pitner House c. 1905 Originally built as the home of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Walter Sigman in 1905, this colonial-style Victorian cottage offers lovely moldings, woodwork, and multi-paned windows. The house sits on 1 1/2 acres, and the cottage home, currently facing Oak Drive, was part of the original property. After the boll weevil wiped out the economy in the area, the home was sold to the Malcolm family. Celeste Sigman Dupree repurchased the home in the early 1990's. It is currently owned and being lovingly restored by Mr. and Mrs. Gary Pitner.
