264 North Cherokee
Current Owners: Louis and Billie Van Dyke
The Myrtles was
built in 1900 by the Upshaw family. It originally sat on the former
site of the Bertha Upshaw Clubhouse, now the Blue Willow Inn. This house
of late Victorian styling was moved to its present location circa 1913.
The home is being restored by the Van Dykes, owners of the Blue Willow Inn.
It will serve as the offices for their business. The Van Dykes
also are the owners of Magnolia Hall.
