This turn of the century farmhouse was originally built by Mr. Ira Clegg. It was the center of one of the largest farms in the area, a working dairy farm which remained in the Clegg family for many years. Mr. and Mrs. Tony Garmon lived in the house from 1992 until Mr. William Manders, Jr. purchased the property c. 2000. Mr. Manders is now in the process of restoring the house.
